Fair Access Policy Review
Project Overview
Moorabool Shire Council is reviewing its Fair Access Policy and developing a new Fair Access Action Plan.
The Fair Access Policy supports fair and inclusive opportunities for people to participate in community sport and active recreation. It helps guide how Council works with sporting clubs, facility managers, and community organisations to create welcoming, respectful and inclusive environments.
Why are we reviewing the Policy?
Since adopting the Fair Access Policy, Council has worked with local clubs and community organisations to support more inclusive participation opportunities, improve facilities and strengthen gender equity outcomes. This review will help identify what is working well, what barriers still exist and where future action should be focused.

Fair Access Policy Review​ - Community Survey
Moorabool Shire Council is reviewing its Fair Access Policy. We want to understand how people access and participate in sport and recreation across the Shire. Your feedback will help identify what is working well, what barriers exist and where Council can focus on future efforts to create more welcoming and inclusive opportunities for everyone.
The survey should take around 5-7 minutes to complete.
